- The purposes and legal basis for processing your personal data
The purpose of the processing of your information, when contacting us through the contact form, is to be able to answer you on your contact request.
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is as follows:
- Consent: When contacting us through our website, you consent to the processing of your personal data. The consent was given when ticking the consent box when sending your message to us through our contact form cf. (EU) 2016/679 Article 6(1)(a). This consent can be withdrawn at any given time by contacting us on the information under paragraph 1.
- Legitimate interest: We have assessed that it is within the legitimate interest of Aros Commodities to process your personal data cf. Article 6(1)(f). It is a legitimate interest to be able to answer inquiries sent to us through our website. We also assess that your data subject would also have a legitimate interest in receiving a direct answer.

When contacting us through our contact form we only ask you to provide us with your name and email. Therefore, we only process the following information about you in this regard:

- Storage of your personal data
We store your personal data for as long as our dialogue is ongoing. When we are no longer in contact with you – we will not be storing your information.

- Right to access: You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as certain additional information.
- Right to rectification (correction): You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
- Right to erasure: In certain cases, you have the right to have information about you erased before the time of our regular general erasure occurs.
- Right to restrict processing: In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you are entitled to restrict processing, we may, in the future, only process the data – apart from storage – with your consent or for the purpose of establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important societal interests.
